Code, Education § 11–1106","heading":"","body":"(a) The Commission shall prepare a report on the Program that includes:\n(1) A summary of the reports received from the participating nonprofit organizations regarding the Program;\n(2) The amount of funds distributed each fiscal year;\n(3) Information regarding the effectiveness of the Program, including whether students matriculate and remain continuously enrolled in higher education as a result of the Program; and\n(4) If an eligible wait list exists, the number of nonprofit organizations on the wait list.\n(b) On or before December 1 each year, the Commission shall submit a copy of the report required under subsection (a) of this section to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=11-1106","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"b10eb530da775cb5670d429d8fff0b0d2459f7d5525ea3b5580ff453b4778d49","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-1105","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-1107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
