Code, Education § 11–1401","heading":"","body":"(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(b) “CompTIA” means the Computing Technology Industry Association.\n(c) “Governing entity” means:\n(1) The Board of Trustees of Baltimore City Community College;\n(2) The President of Bowie State University;\n(3) The President of Coppin State University;\n(4) The Board of Regents of Morgan State University;\n(5) The President of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore; and\n(6) The President of the University of Maryland Baltimore County Training Centers.\n(d) “Program” means a Cyber Warrior Diversity Program.\n(e) “Successful completer” means a student who enrolled in and successfully completed the Program.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=11-1401","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"968aeddd79dff6e5e09c71875d3152cbbb1b17d58457050866e0efd29b452d0f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-1305","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-1402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
