Code, Education § 11–305","heading":"","body":"Performance accountability plans developed under this subtitle shall:\n(1) Be based on the institutional mission statement and shall include a statement of the outcomes which each institution expects to achieve;\n(2) Include multiyear studies which shall include quantifiable indices of student academic performance and development including graduation and retention rates and the results of academic program reviews;\n(3) Identify institutional performance objectives appropriate to the mission of the institution in addition to those related to student learning and include reports based on regional and professional accreditation and certification;\n(4) In the case of public senior higher education institutions, designate a set of peer institutions to which the institution’s performance will be compared; and\n(5) Make provision for improvements, as needed, as a result of the performance accountability report.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=11-305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"265deb0071cb9883d6e43aefd02aeb65a68f3110baa07b15ca9e89f2dbc486dd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-304","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-11-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
