Code, Education § 18–1603","heading":"","body":"(a) The Office shall adopt guidelines or regulations to establish:\n(1) The math and science degree programs and occupations eligible for the program and review them on an annual basis;\n(2) The criteria for making loan repayment assistance awards;\n(3) A procedure and schedule for the Office to pay eligible individual loan repayment assistance; and\n(4) An annual review of the eligibility of each individual participating in the program.\n(b) The Office shall adopt any other guidelines or regulations necessary to implement this subtitle.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=18-1603","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"d94155e88b216ebcb1d4ea2ff6decea13f744fbe7bc5822df07c4e0e4d09340a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-18-1602","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-18-1604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
