Code, Education § 18–406.1","heading":"","body":"A recipient may hold a scholarship for a fifth undergraduate academic year or for a semester subsequent to the end of a fourth undergraduate academic year if the recipient:\n(1) Requests a scholarship from the Senator for a fifth undergraduate academic year or for a semester subsequent to the end of a fourth undergraduate academic year;\n(2) Is a full–time student;\n(3) Continues to be eligible for in–State tuition under this article;\n(4) Continues to be a student at the institution and takes courses leading to a degree; and\n(5) Has exhausted the funds available under § 18–406(a) of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=18-406.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"47ad2e5bada3b60242c191ae6f56205584481f70f4b6d02064909ea3e15c646b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-18-406","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-18-407"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
