Code, Education § 24–705","heading":"","body":"(a) The Governing Board shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on or before December 15 of each year.\n(b) The report shall include:\n(1) An update on the implementation of the Maryland Longitudinal Data System and the Center’s activities;\n(2) A list of all studies performed by the Center during the reporting period;\n(3) A list of currently warehoused data that is determined to be no longer necessary to carry out the mission of the Center;\n(4) Any proposed or planned expansion of data maintained in the database; and\n(5) Any other recommendations made by the Governing Board.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=24-705","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"ef688698283ab19703ff969c83dc894b52d1facbfef119cef388b920030bcbad","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-24-704","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-24-706"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
