Code, Education § 4–111.3","heading":"","body":"(a) Beginning in the 2018–2019 school year, each county board is encouraged to implement an agriculture science curriculum specified in subsection (b) of this section in:\n(1) At least one public high school in the county; or\n(2) At least one career and technology education center in the county.\n(b) The agriculture science curriculum implemented under subsection (a) of this section shall be:\n(1) Selected from existing curricula that have been developed by the Department; or\n(2) Developed by a county board and approved by the Department.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=4-111.3","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"722afe805add67ebee9a7a1f7a4f0ed9b32a813afde52d0c5c39a1e764e37d3e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-4-111.2","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-4-111.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
