Code, Education § 9.5–1104","heading":"","body":"// EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2028 PER CHAPTER 779 OF 2023 //\n(a) On or before December 1 of 2025 and 2026, the Department shall submit interim reports to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the implementation of the Pilot Program, including:\n(1) The number of participating providers in the Pilot Program;\n(2) The number of children and families being served by the Pilot Program;\n(3) The number of participating providers who enrolled in the Maryland EXCELS Program;\n(4) The number of children in the Pilot Program who participated in the Child Care Scholarship Program; and\n(5) The number of children in the Pilot Program served by the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Support Services Program.\n(b) On or before December 1, 2027, the Department shall submit a final report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the findings of the Pilot Program, including recommendations for continuing, modifying, or expanding the Pilot Program.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=9.5-1104","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"34c64337888ac5672bb98f96c195e18268dbaeaf3b2a20ed4b9108e79fad27b2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.5-1103","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.7-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
