Code, Education § 9.5–318","heading":"","body":"(a) To apply for financial assistance, an applicant shall submit to the Department an application on the form that the Department requires.\n(b) The application shall include:\n(1) The identity and location of the family child care provider;\n(2) An itemization of known and estimated costs;\n(3) The total amount of funds required by the family child care provider to comply with State and local regulations;\n(4) The funds available to the applicant without financial assistance from the Department;\n(5) The amount of financial assistance sought from the Department;\n(6) A statement from the family child care provider on how the grant funds will be used;\n(7) Information that relates to the family income of the grant applicant; and\n(8) Any other relevant information that the Department requests.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=9.5-318","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"b439cba4552b9434b03b20f8dee2ec4b1f3cb85e36046ca2a6c392f157c5f70e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.5-317","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.5-319"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
