Code, Education § 9.7–106","heading":"","body":"(a) An Advisory Board shall govern a pilot.\n(b) (1) An Advisory Board shall consist of at least 11 members and not more than 25 members.\n(2) Of the Advisory Board members:\n(i) One shall be appointed by the Department;\n(ii) One shall be appointed by the Maryland Department of Labor; and\n(iii) The remaining members shall be selected in accordance with the bylaws of the pilot.\n(c) A vacancy shall be filled in the same manner in which the vacating member was appointed or selected.\n(d) The Advisory Board shall determine its officers.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=9.7-106","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"f85f2fe145b4bb398b7954e8c51b2110183a70597e08f98ce63d840dc5ee174f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.7-105","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.7-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
