Code, Education § 9.7–107","heading":"","body":"(a) The Program may provide grants to pilots approved under and operating in accordance with this title.\n(b) (1) For fiscal year 2022, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill a federal fund or a general fund appropriation of $250,000 to the Program.\n(2) For fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill a federal fund or a general fund appropriation of $250,000 for each pilot approved and operating in accordance with this title.\n(c) The operator or Advisory Board of a pilot may apply for and accept donations, grants, or other financial assistance from a governmental entity or any nonprofit or other private organization.","path":["Article - Education"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ged\u0026section=9.7-107","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:38Z","sha256":"2943ca7d63872e25125f0567d708b3a500e5dac5db519475b1b434e18d5c1085","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.7-106","next":"us-md/md.-code-education-9.7-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
