Code, Election Law § 13–327","heading":"","body":"(a) A campaign finance entity that fails to file a campaign finance report, an affidavit, or an amended campaign finance report required by this subtitle is subject to the sanctions provided in Part VII of this subtitle.\n(b) If a campaign finance entity fails to provide on a campaign finance report required by § 13–304 of this subtitle all of the information required of the campaign finance entity by the State Board under this subtitle:\n(1) the State Board shall notify the responsible officers in writing of the particular deficiencies; and\n(2) the responsible officers shall file an amended campaign finance report that includes all of the information required within 30 days after service of the notice.","path":["Article - Election Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gel\u0026section=13-327","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:47Z","sha256":"a0e2084fc9ef17323af548916339588dfb1ae70af6feac85e965d6ca9096c466","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-election-law-13-324","next":"us-md/md.-code-election-law-13-328"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
