Code, Election Law § 8–706","heading":"","body":"(a) The fifth congressional district consists of the following counties:\n(1) Calvert County;\n(2) Charles County; and\n(3) St. Mary’s County.\n(b) The district also includes the following parts of Anne Arundel County:\n(1) election district 7;\n(2) election district 1, precinct 99;\n(3) election district 4, precincts 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 99;\n(4) that part of election district 1, precinct 23 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 7401.06, blocks 2008 through 2010 and 2016 through 2033;\n(ii) census tract 7404.00, blocks 1000 through 1004;\n(iii) census tract 7405.02, blocks 3000 through 3004; and\n(iv) census tract 7406.01, blocks 1000 through 1003 and 1014;\n(5) that part of election district 4, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 7403.04, blocks 1000 through 1002, 2000 through 2008, 2010, 2011, 3000 through 3002, 3015, 3017 through 3020, 3035, 3037, and 3038;\n(6) that part of election district 4, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 7408.00, block 1006;\n(7) that part of election district 4, precinct 7 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 7403.05, blocks 1001 through 1010;\n(ii) census tract 7406.01, blocks 1004 through 1013 and 2018 through 2036;\n(iii) census tract 7406.02, blocks 1000 through 1016, 2000 through 2011, 3001, 3002, 3004, and 3005; and\n(iv) census tract 7406.03, blocks 2002 through 2056, 2059 through 2068, and 2070;\n(8) that part of election district 4, precinct 13 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 7403.04, blocks 2013 through 2015; and\n(ii) census tract 7410.00, blocks 1006 and 1008 through 1010; and\n(9) that part of election district 4, precinct 26 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 7403.04, blocks 3003 through 3014, 3016, 3022 through 3026, 3031 through 3034, and 3036; and\n(ii) census tract 7406.03, block 2069.\n(c) The district also includes the following parts of Prince George’s County:\n(1) election districts 3, 4, 8, and 11;\n(2) election district 5, precincts 1 and 12;\n(3) election district 7, precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, and 24;\n(4) election district 9, precincts 6, 9, 11, 14, and 15;\n(5) election district 13, precincts 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, and 24;\n(6) election district 14, precincts 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14;\n(7) election district 15, precincts 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6;\n(8) that part of election district 5, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 8013.07, block 1013;\n(9) that part of election district 5, precinct 7 that consists of census tract 8013.09, block 1011;\n(10) that part of election district 5, precinct 8 that consists of census tract 8013.02, blocks 1000 through 1019 and 2002 through 2019;\n(11) that part of election district 6, precinct 10 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8019.04, blocks 1000, 1001, and 1004;\n(ii) census tract 8021.04, block 1000; and\n(iii) census tract 8022.01, blocks 1028 through 1030, 1046, and 1047;\n(12) that part of election district 6, precinct 23 that consists of census tract 8022.01, blocks 1015 through 1023, 1026, and 1027;\n(13) that part of election district 7, precinct 22 that consists of census tract 8005.18, blocks 1001, 1006, and 1008;\n(14) that part of election district 9, precinct 3 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8011.05, blocks 1000 through 1011 and 2000 through 2018; and\n(ii) census tract 8011.06, blocks 1000 through 1009, 2000 through 2003, and 3000 through 3012;\n(15) that part of election district 9, precinct 10 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8012.11, blocks 2001 through 2005; and\n(ii) census tract 8012.14, block 2017;\n(16) that part of election district 13, precinct 9 that consists of census tract 8035.12, blocks 1000 through 1028, 2006 through 2010, 2012 through 2014, 3004, and 3005;\n(17) that part of election district 13, precinct 10 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8035.12, blocks 3000 through 3003; and\n(ii) census tract 8035.13, blocks 1000 through 1002 and 2000 through 2003;\n(18) that part of election district 13, precinct 14 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8035.20, block 3010; and\n(ii) census tract 8035.21, blocks 1036 through 1041, 1050 through 1053, 2000 through 2002, and 2006 through 2009;\n(19) that part of election district 13, precinct 15 that consists of census tract 8035.20, blocks 1001 through 1009, 2006, and 2007;\n(20) that part of election district 13, precinct 23 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8035.14, blocks 1012 through 1014; and\n(ii) census tract 8035.27, blocks 1001, 1002, and 1007 through 1012;\n(21) that part of election district 14, precinct 1 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8004.03, block 1018;\n(ii) census tract 8004.09, blocks 1000 through 1009, 1011 through 1013, 2000, 2001, 3000 through 3008, and 3013; and\n(iii) census tract 8004.10, block 2030;\n(22) that part of election district 14, precinct 12 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8004.10, blocks 1013, 4012, 4014, and 4016; and\n(ii) census tract 8004.11, block 2009;\n(23) that part of election district 14, precinct 15 that consists of census tract 8004.09, blocks 1010, 1015 through 1017, 2008, and 2009;\n(24) that part of election district 15, precinct 2 that consists of the following:\n(i) census tract 8007.01, blocks 1001, 1004, 1008, 3018 through 3030, and 3036 through 3039;
