Code, Environment § 1–806","heading":"","body":"(a) A copy of an environmental covenant shall be provided by the persons and in the manner required by the agency to:\n(1) Each person that signed the covenant;\n(2) Each person holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the covenant;\n(3) Each person in possession of the real property subject to the covenant;\n(4) Each municipality or other unit of local government in which real property subject to the covenant is located; and\n(5) Any other person the Agency requires.\n(b) The validity of a covenant is not affected by failure to provide a copy of the covenant as required under this section.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=1-806","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"a6adad07bc2123d9d1a8bdbec15f1f9d4c5efa4a6bc6a4f9bcc804248a1b73d0","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-1-805","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-1-807"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
