Code, Environment § 14–124","heading":"","body":"Beginning November 1, 2010, the Department shall report each year to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on:\n(1) The status of the Fund;\n(2) Revenues of and expenditures from the Fund;\n(3) The efficiency of the regulatory program under this subtitle;\n(4) Compliance rates within the regulatory program under this subtitle; and\n(5) Based on the factors listed in items (1) through (4) of this section, the necessity to review and adjust the fee in accordance with § 14–105(d) of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=14-124","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"72c37aa39a75864f69b5fe6310c6e8a73b90c603a55d18fa885b334a2cda032d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-14-123","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-14-125"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
