Code, Environment § 15–616","heading":"","body":"(a) Within 30 days after an operation is abandoned or completed, the operator shall file with the Department a completion report on a form prescribed and furnished by the Secretary.\n(b) The operator shall attach to the completion report:\n(1) A map of the operation certified by a surveyor or engineer that shows the boundary lines of the tract and the access to the operation from the nearest public highway;\n(2) The area of land affected by the deep mining operation; and\n(3) Details of the completed reclamation work.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=15-616","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"ac55039ff14ec13edd207418de847555e0728d702841d021e9e760260f4e0f67","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-15-615","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-15-617"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
