Code, Environment § 17–205","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board may:\n(1) Recommend regulations for adoption by the Secretary to carry out the provisions of this title; and\n(2) Make inquiries and conduct an investigation regarding any applicant for a license.\n(b) The Board shall:\n(1) Carry out the provisions of this title;\n(2) Collect and account for the fees provided for under this title; and\n(3) Keep a current record of all individuals and entities licensed under this title, including:\n(i) The names of individuals and entities that are licensed;\n(ii) The issuance and expiration dates of the licenses; and\n(iii) Any other information that the Board considers appropriate.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=17-205","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"22ba497f5c567be34242b27bc9b3e75055b14e331aec2d84da737d410062e22c","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-17-204","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-17-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
