Code, Environment § 4–606","heading":"","body":"(a) To be eligible for a loan under this subtitle, an applicant shall:\n(1) Be in substantial compliance with all State and federal laws and regulations governing the installation, operation, and use of underground storage tanks; and\n(2) Submit a completed loan processing form to the Department on or before June 30, 1998.\n(b) A loan under this subtitle may not be provided to upgrade or replace any underground storage tank that was not registered with the Department as provided in § 4-411.1 of this title on or before July 1, 1991, unless the Secretary determines that special circumstances exist.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=4-606","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"8275ecbd9dfc7d9f7d4527443d0386b932fef1dc99f13fb379b1ce1a3559a255","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-4-605","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-4-607"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
