Code, Environment § 5–1203","heading":"","body":"(a) There is a Herring Run Public Watershed Association Commission.\n(b) The Commission is composed of:\n(1) The Secretary of Natural Resources or the Secretary’s designee;\n(2) The Secretary of the Environment or the Secretary’s designee;\n(3) The Secretary of Planning or the Secretary’s designee;\n(4) 2 members from Baltimore City selected by the Mayor of Baltimore City;\n(5) 2 members from Baltimore County selected by the County Executive of Baltimore County; and\n(6) 2 members selected by the Baltimore Regional Planning Council.\n(c) Of the 6 county and city members, there shall be at least:\n(1) 1 member of the county or city legislative body; and\n(2) 1 member of the General Assembly of Maryland.\n(d) The Commission shall appoint an advisory committee composed of interested citizens and determine the number, terms, and qualifications of the Commission’s members.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=5-1203","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"d92e43dd074a93663432f6be7a7c9b297eb81f9d4993ce5621a68f4fe274c230","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-5-1202","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-5-1204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
