Code, Environment § 7–108","heading":"","body":"(a) Unless it is renewed for another term, a facility permit expires on the expiration date the Department specifies at the time of issuance or renewal.\n(b) Subject to § 7-110 of this subtitle, the Department may deny renewal of a facility permit if the permit holder:\n(1) Has violated any appropriate law, regulation, order, or permit condition;\n(2) Has failed to pay to the Department the renewal fee set by the Department; or\n(3) Has failed to submit to the Department a renewal application on the form the Department requires.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=7-108","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"c52993437e6b56d521c0a135d32b5b2eea156b56a5690e47bd8706d3241d8371","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-7-107","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-7-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
