Code, Environment § 8–502","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department shall issue a written complaint if the Department has reasonable grounds to believe that the person to whom the complaint is directed has violated:\n(1) This title;\n(2) Any regulation adopted under this title;\n(3) Any lawful order issued by the Department under this title; or\n(4) Any applicable provision of any general or specific license or x-ray machine inspector license issued by the Department under this title.\n(b) A complaint issued under this section shall:\n(1) Specify the provision that allegedly has been violated; and\n(2) State the alleged facts that constitute the violation.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=8-502","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"b234fec71e3ced7d23e934493c78b57be31f7780aa06ac77fe378f9feb872a7c","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-8-501","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-8-503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
