Code, Environment § 9–11A–12","heading":"","body":"On or before December 31 each year, the Board shall prepare and submit an annual report to the Secretary on:\n(1) The status of the On–Site Wastewater Professionals Fund;\n(2) Revenues and expenditures from the On–Site Wastewater Professionals Fund;\n(3) The efficiency of the regulations adopted by the Department to implement the provisions of this subtitle;\n(4) Compliance with the regulations adopted by the Department to implement the provisions of this subtitle; and\n(5) Based on the factors specified in items (1) through (4) of this section, the necessity to review and adjust the fees set by the Department by regulation.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=9-11A-12","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"7a58aa38dff96ba6fd1abb20d545f2a0b541e389780a359aa19df465e6abcc4d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-9-11a-11","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-9-11a-15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
