Code, Environment § 9–303.3","heading":"","body":"(a) On or after July 1, 2028, the Department may renew a potable reuse permit if:\n(1) The renewal occurs before the potable reuse permit expires; and\n(2) The Department issued the original potable reuse permit on or before June 30, 2028.\n(b) If the Department renews a potable reuse permit in accordance with subsection (a) of this section, the Department shall renew the permit:\n(1) After administrative review in accordance with regulations that the Department adopts; and\n(2) In accordance with Title 1, Subtitle 6 of this article.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=9-303.3","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"c1ed0c26d0a6ca4f99bbd43df18e7df31a48c74e66b27b4023e723805dab4cd9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-9-303.2","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-9-303.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
