Code, Environment § 9–330","heading":"","body":"The Department may revoke any discharge permit if the Department finds that:\n(1) False or inaccurate information was contained in the application;\n(2) Conditions or requirements of the discharge permit have been or are about to be violated;\n(3) Substantial deviation from plans, specifications, or requirements has occurred;\n(4) The Department has been refused entry to the premises for the purpose of inspecting to insure compliance with the conditions of the discharge permit;\n(5) A change in conditions exists that requires temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of the permitted discharge;\n(6) Any State or federal water quality stream standard or effluent standard has been or is threatened to be violated; or\n(7) Any other good cause exists for revoking the discharge permit.","path":["Article - Environment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gen\u0026section=9-330","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:57:58Z","sha256":"2f5fd77612b889ed66c2b3ae873050bb4c27d5dbdd20af082e6873b635e27343","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-environment-9-329.2","next":"us-md/md.-code-environment-9-331"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
