Code, Estates and Trusts § 2–212","heading":"","body":"(a) In cooperation with the registers, the Attorney General shall:\n(1) Make available to the public basic instructional materials to assist the public in the procedure and preparation of forms for probate; and\n(2) Review the instructional materials on a regular basis and update them as necessary.\n(b) The registers and designated employees of the registers shall:\n(1) Provide the materials required under subsection (a) of this section to the public; and\n(2) Assist and advise any person who requests assistance or advice in the preparation of any forms for administrative probate under this article.","path":["Article - Estates and Trusts"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=get\u0026section=2-212","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:07Z","sha256":"9583bbac99a33a207d3883672e3b5ab4ac989fc93307123952e1faeb109d5335","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-estates-and-trusts-2-211","next":"us-md/md.-code-estates-and-trusts-2-213"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
