Code, Family Law § 4–403","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department of Human Services shall continue to develop and maintain a program to carry out the purposes of this subtitle in each local department.\n(b) In implementing the program, the Department of Human Services shall:\n(1) adopt, by regulation, guidelines for implementing the program in each local department;\n(2) continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program; and\n(3) to the extent possible, coordinate for families with children the delivery of child care, health, educational, mental health, employment, housing, and crisis services provided by public and private agencies.","path":["Article - Family Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gfl\u0026section=4-403","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:17Z","sha256":"d6ff3832f6bfe8bef95a2ba3e368e542be507bfc07ae0d674bcd71eb5b1e6d2b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-family-law-4-402","next":"us-md/md.-code-family-law-4-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
