Code, Family Law § 4–612","heading":"","body":"(a) The Secretary may:\n(1) evaluate periodically the effectiveness of the job training, employment placement, and service programs of the center; and\n(2) include in the Secretary’s annual report to the General Assembly a report on the center and its programs.\n(b) The evaluation and report shall include:\n(1) the number of displaced homemakers who participate in job training programs;\n(2) the number of displaced homemakers who are placed in employment;\n(3) follow–up information on displaced homemakers who participate in job training programs or who are placed in employment;\n(4) the number of displaced homemakers who are served by the service programs; and\n(5) the cost effectiveness of the programs.","path":["Article - Family Law"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gfl\u0026section=4-612","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:17Z","sha256":"8faa7d3e8251a644bb71fdbeeb35178b95782fdcc93989005a5989e696b7fb53","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-family-law-4-611","next":"us-md/md.-code-family-law-4-613"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
