Code, Financial Institutions § 13–1016","heading":"","body":"For the purpose of reviewing the development of the management plan for the Heritage Area, the Authority shall appoint a task force that includes:\n(1) Members of the General Assembly who reside in Allegany County;\n(2) A representative of each of:\n(i) The Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County;\n(ii) The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park Commission;\n(iii) The Department of Natural Resources;\n(iv) The Maryland Historical Trust;\n(v) The Mayor of the City of Cumberland;\n(vi) The United States Department of the Interior, as designated by the Department of the Interior;\n(vii) The Department of Planning; and\n(viii) The State Highway Administration of the Department of Transportation;\n(3) Residents and business representatives from the area within and adjacent to the Heritage Area; and\n(4) Other representatives as the Authority deems appropriate.","path":["Article - Financial Institutions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gfi\u0026section=13-1016","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:27Z","sha256":"b575743f1a058a0c48c122e278ed835d0b501ed4752f10dcf0fa696a0a978517","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-financial-institutions-13-1015","next":"us-md/md.-code-financial-institutions-13-1017"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
