Code, Financial Institutions § 13–1116","heading":"","body":"(a) The bonds of any issue shall be payable solely from the property or receipts of the Authority, including without limitation:\n(1) Fees, charges, or other revenues payable to the Authority;\n(2) Payments by financial institutions, insurance companies, or others pursuant to letters or lines of credit, policies of insurance, or purchase agreements;\n(3) Investment earnings from funds or accounts maintained under a bond resolution or trust agreement;\n(4) Proceeds of refunding bonds; and\n(5) Any other source authorized by law.\n(b) The bonds do not constitute a debt, liability, or pledge of full faith and credit of the State and may not be deemed to constitute a debt, liability, or pledge of the full faith and credit of the State.","path":["Article - Financial Institutions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gfi\u0026section=13-1116","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:27Z","sha256":"1fa4df943f647338b5951dcfe99c734a1dbd94975b6c98e3d8b1565f4f32f45a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-financial-institutions-13-1115","next":"us-md/md.-code-financial-institutions-13-1117"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
