Code, Financial Institutions § 7–211","heading":"","body":"(a) A credit union share guaranty corporation shall pay all reasonable expenses for transportation, lodging, and meals associated with:\n(1) An examination required or permitted under § 7-210 of this subtitle; and\n(2) Any other examination or investigation conducted under this article that results in the discovery of a violation of this subtitle by the credit union share guaranty corporation.\n(b) (1) A credit union share guaranty corporation shall pay an annual assessment of $5,000.\n(2) A credit union share guaranty corporation shall pay the assessment imposed under paragraph (1) of this subsection to the Commissioner on or before February 15 after the assessment is imposed.","path":["Article - Financial Institutions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gfi\u0026section=7-211","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:27Z","sha256":"44d3ed4db564f0ae24a9ee71112f3e86cfa3341c86b217eaf25f9b7fe221a6d1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-financial-institutions-7-210","next":"us-md/md.-code-financial-institutions-7-212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
