Code, General Provisions § 4–338","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(2) “Community sewerage system” has the meaning stated in § 9–501 of the Environment Article.\n(3) “Community water system” has the meaning stated in § 9–401 of the Environment Article.\n(4) (i) “Critical infrastructure” has the meaning stated in § 1–101 of the Environment Article.\n(ii) “Critical infrastructure” includes:\n1. a community sewerage system; and\n2. a community water system.\n(5) “Operational technology” has the meaning stated in § 9–2701 of the Environment Article.\n(b) A custodian shall deny inspection of the part of a public record that contains information about the security of an information system, operational technology, or critical infrastructure, including any records of a community water system or community sewerage system.","path":["Article - General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ggp\u0026section=4-338","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:37Z","sha256":"b676b48c43cba4da097b00a0003619d85f428973ca1757a9af77379533f4107a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-general-provisions-4-337","next":"us-md/md.-code-general-provisions-4-339"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
