Code, Health - General § 10–1503","heading":"","body":"On or before December 1 each year, beginning in 2024, the Department shall submit a report to the Legislative Policy Committee, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, and the House Appropriations Committee, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, that includes:\n(1) For the immediately preceding fiscal year, the amount of funds transferred and distributed from the Fund in accordance with § 10–1502 of this subtitle;\n(2) For the immediately preceding fiscal year, the number of behavioral health professionals and paraprofessionals educated, trained, recruited, certified, placed, or retained with money from the Fund, aggregated by:\n(i) The type of professional or paraprofessional;\n(ii) Geographic region;\n(iii) Race; and\n(iv) Ethnicity;\n(3) The amount of any unspent funds in the Fund at the end of the immediately preceding fiscal year; and\n(4) If unspent funds are identified under item (3) of this section, the reasons why the funds were not spent.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=10-1503","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"9e9bd94083b182d5ce05a1d3e0a6e60ee507672164231be3d9508e8d6953ca2c","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-10-1502","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-11-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
