Code, Health - General § 10–205","heading":"","body":"(a) The Administration may administer a program of nonresidential services for individuals who have mental disorders or have conditions that may lead to mental disorders:\n(1) To develop, extend, and improve services for finding these individuals; and\n(2) To provide facilities for diagnosis and treatment of nonresidential cases.\n(b) The Administration may:\n(1) Prepare plans for the program;\n(2) Adopt necessary rules and regulations to carry out these plans;\n(3) In accordance with these plans, receive and spend any available funds;\n(4) Coordinate and supervise the provision of program services that the Administration does not provide directly; and\n(5) Cooperate with the federal government and with all other public or private agencies in:\n(i) Developing, extending, and improving the services; and\n(ii) Carrying out the plans.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=10-205","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"61b3401ce0273a57d9d54c1f77bb9d8509041bfb915d25423dd3d6b9e37e8329","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-10-104","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-10-206"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
