Code, Health - General § 10–922","heading":"","body":"The Secretary shall adopt rules and regulations that:\n(1) Ensure that a private therapeutic group home provides mental health care and treatment in accordance with this part; and\n(2) Require a private therapeutic group home:\n(i) To provide treatment for each child and adolescent in the home;\n(ii) To coordinate the treatment in the home with the appropriate public or nonpublic educational program conducted outside of the home; and\n(iii) To provide 24–hour supervision for each child and adolescent for the time that the child and adolescent are not participating in a program conducted outside of the home.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=10-922","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"b03c0c760fa711b1f96004f369a4a50c8421dd0c037be7c5d439b67358230566","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-10-921","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-10-923"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
