Code, Health - General § 10–926","heading":"","body":"(a) At least once a year, the Director, in conjunction with a county health officer, shall evaluate each private therapeutic group home.\n(b) (1) The Director, in conjunction with a county health officer shall:\n(i) Prepare a written report of each evaluation; and\n(ii) Distribute a copy of this report to each private therapeutic group home.\n(2) The Director shall keep at least 1 copy of the report.\n(3) The Secretary shall consider the report when renewing a license of any private therapeutic group home.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=10-926","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"ede8416d36180c08c996c3bfeb266ee4e7d441cac8c5c352ad7ae283e36f16f9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-10-925","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-10-929"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
