Code, Health - General § 13–1113","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department shall review a Comprehensive Plan for Cancer Prevention, Education, Screening, and Treatment submitted under § 13-1109(e) of this subtitle and determine whether:\n(1) The Plan addresses the goals and requirements established for the county under § 13-1108 of this subtitle; and\n(2) All other requirements of §§ 13-1107 through 13-1112 of this subtitle have been met.\n(b) The Department may not distribute a county’s share of money for a Local Public Health Cancer Grant, as provided under § 13-1108 of this subtitle, if the Department determines that the requirements of subsection (a) of this section have not been met.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=13-1113","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"1e2e3bfa1f1b2a5a79910c713fcfec1f4eb9ee82aad5017a3ddf0248af3f1fb7","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-1112","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-1114"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
