Code, Health - General § 13–3401","heading":"","body":"(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(b) “Family planning providers” means providers of services:\n(1) Funded under Title X of the federal Public Health Service Act as of December 31, 2024; and\n(2) That lost eligibility for Title X funding as a result of the termination of federal funding for providers because of:\n(i) The scope of services offered by the providers; or\n(ii) The scope of services for which the providers offer referrals.\n(c) “Family planning services” means services provided under Title X of the federal Public Health Service Act as of December 31, 2024.\n(d) “Program” means the Family Planning Program established under § 13–3402 of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=13-3401","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"cf2a270afaddd191875eb4c7a6531fae2fff2c60b8480f4b477ae9703779d360","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-32a-06","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-3402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
