Code, Health - General § 13–5004","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before December 1 each year, beginning in 2024, the Council shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.\n(b) The report required under subsection (a) of this section shall:\n(1) Describe the activities of the Council under § 13–5003(a) of this subtitle;\n(2) Describe the funding sources of the Council, including grants that were applied for and accepted and the remaining balances of any current grants; and\n(3) Provide recommendations on the ways to address the needs of individuals living with rare diseases in the State.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=13-5004","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"d064b2f8e8124db389900a92126e766d060b88fc47bcd9a2adbf032f134fe73d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-5003","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-5101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
