Code, Health - General § 13–5701","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) The Department, in collaboration with the Commission on Health Equity, shall develop a clear and easy–to–understand graphic data dashboard that includes age–adjusted health disparity data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, and gender.\n(2) The data dashboard shall include information regarding the following health indicators:\n(i) Health insurance access;\n(ii) Cardiovascular disease;\n(iii) Chronic disease;\n(iv) Mental health and substance use;\n(v) Cancer;\n(vi) HIV/AIDS;\n(vii) Sexually transmitted infection;\n(viii) Body mass index; and\n(ix) Any other health indicators determined relevant by the Department.\n(b) The Department shall:\n(1) Update the data dashboard developed under subsection (a) of this section on a quarterly basis, as determined by data availability; and\n(2) Post the most recent updated data dashboard prominently on its website.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=13-5701","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"a8861672bbe9725afd188c5cfc64d83a9f860e6c7075c586e1f8fb1552837185","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-5602","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-5801"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
