Code, Health - General § 13–5802","heading":"","body":"// EFFECTIVE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2030 PER CHAPTER 759 OF 2025 //\n(a) (1) There is a Buprenorphine Training Grant Program in the Department.\n(2) The purpose of the Program is to assist a county with offsetting the cost of training paramedics to administer buprenorphine.\n(b) A county may apply to the Department for a grant from the Program.\n(c) A county may use a grant awarded under the Program only for training paramedics to administer buprenorphine.\n(d) The Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of at least $50,000 from the Opioid Restitution Fund for the Program.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=13-5802","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"913e40ae94ffffafecaa5aea9223725d235ce59dbb2dd19dba3dc2163490548f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-13-5801","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-14-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
