Code, Health - General § 15–609","heading":"","body":"(a) A repository located in the State shall:\n(1) Maintain written or electronic records of donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, and medical supplies; and\n(2) Submit periodic reports to the Board on its activities.\n(b) To determine compliance with the requirements of this subtitle, the Board shall:\n(1) Inspect designated drop–off sites and repositories located in the State;\n(2) Inspect records of donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, and medical supplies maintained by repositories located in the State; and\n(3) Beginning January 1, 2007, and each January 1 thereafter, report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the operation of the Program.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=15-609","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"2bde22065d804c16e1c9ff3defa81dc8fc021019ab1963e693b44e9b3da967e2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-15-608","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-15-701"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
