Code, Health - General § 18–1204","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department, in collaboration with the State–designated health information exchange, shall establish and maintain a publicly accessible website that has the following information in a downloadable format:\n(1) The incidence of Parkinson’s disease in the State; and\n(2) To the extent possible, the incidence of Parkinson’s disease disaggregated based on:\n(i) Age, including age of diagnosis;\n(ii) Gender;\n(iii) Sex;\n(iv) Race;\n(v) Ethnicity; and\n(vi) Cases by county.\n(b) The website required under subsection (a) of this section shall:\n(1) Include the data available for the 5–year period ending on September 30, 2023; and\n(2) Be updated on or before January 1 each year, to include any newly available data.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=18-1204","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"64eb6ab24ca0239b85c02329d81a7764b74f13e5fb1bd45475211015de79402e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-18-1203","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-19-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
