Code, Health - General § 18–908","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before December 31, 2002, the Secretary shall submit a report to the Governor and to the General Assembly in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article regarding any plans, procedures, or protocols developed under this subtitle or any recommendations for additional legislation that may be necessary to respond to a catastrophic health emergency.\n(b) The Secretary shall update the report required under subsection (a) of this section every 3 years or when any plan, procedure, or protocol developed under this subtitle or any other provision of this subtitle is used in order to detect a catastrophic health emergency.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=18-908","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"fbf1cbe7ec4da1bde1cc8276c912e99de776efe0b3eb3c61abdda5f8c6c45bbc","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-18-907","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-18-9a-01"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
