Code, Health - General § 19–1408.1","heading":"","body":"(a) The Department shall develop a clear and easy–to–understand graphic data dashboard that includes:\n(1) The number of staff hired by the agency in each unit in the fiscal year to date;\n(2) The number of surveyors employed by the agency in each unit in the fiscal year to date; and\n(3) The number of vacancies within the agency in each unit in the fiscal year to date.\n(b) The Department shall:\n(1) Update the data dashboard developed under subsection (a) of this section at least every 2 weeks; and\n(2) Post the most recent updated data dashboard prominently on its website.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=19-1408.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"56689d5e7ce686e18113ab0b0aea0e1a2c7866efd8fdf9a18c7a7fb9e42cb7b1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-19-1408","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-19-1409"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
