Code, Health - General § 19–2503","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before October 1, 2017, the credentialing entity shall submit a list to the Department of the recovery residences that have obtained a certificate of compliance.\n(b) (1) On or before November 1, 2017, the Department shall publish on its website:\n(i) A list of each credentialing entity and the contact information for the credentialing entity; and\n(ii) A list of each recovery residence operating in each county in the State.\n(2) The list published under paragraph (1)(ii) of this subsection shall indicate whether the owner of a recovery residence has received a valid certificate of compliance.\n(c) (1) On or before November 1, 2017, a credentialing entity shall publish on its website a list of each recovery residence that holds a valid certificate of compliance.\n(2) The list published under paragraph (1) of this subsection shall include only the owner of the recovery residence and the contact information of the owner.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=19-2503","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"1d74846eb45e480d75db1314c2490c05f2fd3c053618e84deaacbde494ab19bc","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-19-2502","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-19-2504"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
