Code, Health - General § 21–312.2","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to a semipermanent food service facility that:\n(1) Operates in Anne Arundel County; and\n(2) Was licensed under § 21–305 of this subtitle on or before December 1, 2010.\n(b) An operator of a semipermanent food service facility shall:\n(1) Pump out the onboard wastewater holding tank as frequently as required by Anne Arundel County to avoid creating a public health nuisance;\n(2) Remove wastewater by:\n(i) Hiring a licensed liquid waste hauler to dispose of the wastewater; or\n(ii) Disposing of the wastewater at a wastewater disposal facility approved by Anne Arundel County;\n(3) Use a food grade hose and an adequate backflow prevention device to maintain a potable water supply; and\n(4) Demonstrate compliance with items (1) and (2) of this subsection by quarterly submitting a record of receipts to the issuer of the license.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=21-312.2","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"64748fdf208cd658a9292331ce265583e95b1a4d64318b62ef71af00735856e1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-21-312.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-21-313"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
