Code, Health - General § 24–106","heading":"","body":"(a) On a form approved by the Secretary, each permit holder shall keep a record of the following information for each exotic bird received or disposed of by the permit holder or an agent of the permit holder:\n(1) At the time of receipt:\n(i) The exotic bird’s species;\n(ii) The date of receipt and the number of exotic birds received; and\n(iii) The name and address of the former owner; and\n(2) At the time of transfer:\n(i) The exotic bird’s species;\n(ii) The date of transfer; and\n(iii) The name and address of the new owner.\n(b) Each permit holder shall keep for at least 1 year, at the facility for which the permit is issued, any record required under this section.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=24-106","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"fddb7af93deef1bece2598ac9a6719ca24c081f911bc4d3d027a4680c9677174","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-24-105","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-24-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
