Code, Health - General § 24–1906","heading":"","body":"On or before October 1, 2023, and each October 1 thereafter, the Department shall report to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on:\n(1) The eligible nurses and nursing support staff who applied for the Program, including information on:\n(i) The practice of the nurse or nursing support staff;\n(ii) The type and location of the site in which the nurse or nursing support staff provided services; and\n(iii) The geographic area served by the nurse or nursing support staff; and\n(2) The nurses and nursing support staff who participated in the Program, including information on:\n(i) The amount of assistance provided to each participant;\n(ii) The practice of the participant;\n(iii) The type and location of the site in which the participant provided services; and\n(iv) The geographic area served by the participant.","path":["Article - Health - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=ghg\u0026section=24-1906","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:48Z","sha256":"c9f63f556d9584a837131ace66cbb2f4467afed43e9ff7eed0a6cf06aa1a92c5","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-24-1905","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-general-24-2001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
