Code, Health Occupations § 1–602","heading":"","body":"(a) After consultation with the Secretary and to the extent permitted by existing administrative and fiscal resources, each health occupations board shall establish a disciplinary subcommittee.\n(b) To the extent deemed practicable by each board, a disciplinary subcommittee shall:\n(1) Be responsible for the investigation of complaints;\n(2) Determine whether the health occupations board should bring charges against a licensee or certificate holder; and\n(3) Participate in preadjudication case resolution conferences resulting from the charges.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=1-602","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"c1926fe0a77ecd30478600754d9c1eb8f7ab675138ad13d7425bdfd1322a9bbe","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-1-601","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-1-603"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
