Code, Health Occupations § 11–316","heading":"","body":"(a) If the Board finds that there are grounds under § 11-313 of this subtitle for action, the Board shall pass an order in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.\n(b) If the Board finds that there are no grounds under § 11-313 of this subtitle for action, the Board:\n(1) Immediately shall dismiss the charges and exonerate the licensee;\n(2) Shall expunge all records that relate to the charges; and\n(3) May not take any further action on the charges.","path":["Article - Health Occupations"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gho\u0026section=11-316","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:58:58Z","sha256":"f0633c17cd219582efbbf84824646230bacf6813e5d2aa5ea3163338a572b5bb","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-11-315","next":"us-md/md.-code-health-occupations-11-317"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
